Housing association relies on BIONI® for its headquarters building
The Oberhausen-Sterkrade housing association is in charge of about 3000 flats. After extensive customer and service building renovation work completed in 2007, the Association wants to give its members and tenants a more modern but nonetheless traditional real estate player image. Consistent to this principle, the façade of the building built in 1910 was coated with BIONI Perform®, a façade paint based on nanotechnology.
